"Quilters Beef Stew"
| Ingredients | | | 1 1/2 | pound | beef, stew meat | | | 5 | each | potatoes, chopped into bite sized pieces | | | 9 | each | carrots, sliced | | | 2 | each | onions, chopped | | | 6 | each | celery, stalks, cut into 1 inch pieces | | | 1 | each | onion soup mix, dry package | | | 6 | oz | tomato paste | | | 2 | cup | water | | | 1/2 | cup | wine, red, cooking, optional | | | | | |
Directions:
| Place all ingredients into the crockpot. Set on Medium heat. Let the mixture cook no less than 6 hours.
