2 Oranges, peeled & sliced

2 Bananas peeled & sliced thin

1 sm Can Mandarin Oranges

Marachino cherries 2 Egg whites

3 tb Sugar

2 tb Thinly sliced almonds

1 tb Rum

Beat the eggwhites with the sugar until very stiff. Arrange all the fruits and the almonds into 4 ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle the rum over each dish and heap the eggwhite mixture ontop of the fruit.
