1. Turkey and mushroom pie- serves 4 people.You can prepare it in 15 mins then cook later when ready.you will need. left over turkey. shortcrust pasty mix,2 tins of chicken soup, fresh mushrooms,veg and new potatoes or tinned new potaotoes from your hamper.cook mushrooms in microwave with a little water. make pastry mix, grease a tin or plate for the pie a deep one so the sauce doesn’t overflow.scatter turkey in loosely don’t overfill. top up with the cooked mushrooms add 1 tin of chicken soup add the top for the pie seal edges with a fork all the way round,brush over the top with a little milk or water for a golden top. poke in the centre of the pastry with a knife, two slits to allow the steam to escape when cooking.when ready for cooking 30 mins in oven depending on fan assisted ovens check after 25 mins until ready.Cook any veg and serve with new potatoes.use the other tin of chicken soup , warm and pour over to add an extra sauce for the meal.lovely

4.Turkey lasagne with salad garnish.serves 4. you will need lasagne sheets, 2 jars of white sauce, seasoning, mushrooms salad and tinned sweetcorn.Mix white sauces chopped up turkey and plenty of seasoning of your choice, paprika, thyhme,sage and garlic are good choices, add  sheets of lasagne and turkey mix layer by layer cook for up to 45 mins  or until lasagne is soft 150oc serve with salad and sweetcorn.perfect

5.healthy Tasty turkey and chips and beans.perfect for the kids cut potatoes into strips blanch for 20 mins until just cooked, on a baking tray add tin foil and spray with one cal oil.draqin potatoes and spray all over with one cal oil cook for 15mins turning every so often spray more oil as needed.put ketchups, and other sauces in little dishes and cut turkey into strips so children can all dip in to try new flavours for a change at the dinning table.
